  • Slide 2: Proposed solution — what you’ll build and why
  • Slide 3: System architecture diagram
  • Slide 4: User flowchart — citizen journey through your assistant
  • Slide 5: Tech stack — every tool, framework, API you plan to use
  • Shortlisted teams advance to Phase 2 based on submission quality

  • Students (UG, PG, Diploma) from any college in Amravati & Vidarbha
  • Working professionals from Amravati district
  • Teams of 2 to 4 members — solo not allowed
  • Cross-college & cross-discipline teams encouraged
  • At least ONE member must reside in Amravati district
  • Registration fee: ₹499 per team (non-refundable)
📋 Key Rules
  • Phase 1 PPT must be 100% human-made — no AI tools whatsoever
  • Phase 2 app must be live & hosted — no localhost submissions
  • One project per team — no topic switching after registration
  • All code must be submitted on GitHub before deadline
  • Plagiarism or resubmission of old projects = disqualification
  • Team must explain every part of their solution during Q&A

Frequently Asked

Can I use ChatGPT to make my Phase 1 slides?
Absolutely not. Phase 1 must be 100% human-made. AI-generated content = immediate disqualification. AI tools are only permitted in Phase 2 for building your actual product.
Can team members be from different colleges?
Yes! Cross-college teams are encouraged. Mix coders, designers & domain thinkers. At least one member must reside in Amravati district.
Does Phase 2 need a perfect, production-ready app?
It needs to be a working, hosted prototype — not slides. All 5 core features must be demonstrable. Minor bugs are acceptable, but core AI functionality must work live.
What does “hosted on any server” mean?
Your app must be on a public URL — not localhost. Free platforms like Vercel, Netlify, Render, or Railway are all accepted. Jury must open it from their phone.
Who decides the winner — jury or audience?
In Phase 3, the AUDIENCE decides via live poll after all 3 finalists present. The jury facilitates but doesn’t score in Phase 3. Build something the crowd will love!
What if we don’t make Top 3?
Every registered participant gets: Free Amravati AI Summit entry, Certificate of Participation, Internship opportunity at PiyushAI Edtech & networking access.
Is Marathi language support mandatory?
Yes — Marathi is mandatory and worth 20 judging points. Your assistant must understand Marathi queries and respond in Marathi. English-only = very low score.
Which AI model should we use?
Any — Claude API, OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Mistral, or open-source. You’re judged on AI understanding quality, not which model you choose.
