This Disclaimer applies to the website piyushai.com and all content, courses, tools and services published or provided by PiyushAI Edtech OPC Private Limited (“PiyushAI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website you agree to this Disclaimer, our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. No Affiliation with Examination Bodies or Institutions

PiyushAI is a private education technology company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT), the GATE organising institutes, IISc, IBPS, SBI, SEBI, RBI, NABARD, CBSE, NCERT, UPSC, SSC, ISRO, HAL, IOCL, Coal India, BSNL, CERT-In, any Public Sector Undertaking, any state or central government department, or any other examination authority or university named on this website. Their names, logos and exam titles are used only to identify the examinations and programmes our content prepares students for, and remain the property of their respective owners.

References to the founder’s association with IIT Madras describe his academic qualification and prior teaching role, and do not imply any institutional endorsement of PiyushAI.

2. Exam Information Is for Guidance Only

We publish articles on exam notifications, syllabi, exam patterns, dates, eligibility, vacancies, cut-offs, salaries and preparation strategies. This information is compiled from official notifications, previous-year trends and our own analysis, and is provided for general guidance only. Examination bodies change their rules without notice.

Always verify dates, eligibility, syllabus, fees and application procedures against the official notification on the conducting body’s website before acting. PiyushAI accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this website, including missed deadlines, incorrect applications or changes to the official pattern.

3. Previous Year Questions and Solutions

Previous-year questions (“PYQs”) reproduced on this website are reconstructed from memory-based reports, official question papers where publicly released, and our own records, for the purpose of education and commentary. Questions labelled “GATE-style” or “practice” are our own creation, modelled on the official pattern, and are not official questions. Solutions, answer keys and marking schemes are prepared by our team in good faith; they are not official answer keys and may contain errors. If you find an error, please report it to support@piyushai.com and we will correct it.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Enrolling in a PiyushAI course, test series, workshop or mentorship programme does not guarantee selection, a particular rank, score, admission, job or promotion. Outcomes depend on the individual student’s effort, ability and circumstances, and on factors outside our control. Student testimonials, ranks and success stories displayed on this website are genuine individual results and are not a promise of similar results for others.

5. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

Some content, practice questions, explanations and tools on this website (including AI-powered question generators, assessments and visualisers) are produced or assisted by artificial intelligence and reviewed by our team. Such content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. It is provided for learning and practice and should not be treated as an authoritative source. Results from our AI literacy tests, readiness scores and self-assessments are indicative only and are not certifications or professional evaluations.

6. Not Professional Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, career, medical or psychological advice. Career and salary figures are indicative, drawn from public notifications and may be outdated. Decisions about which exam to attempt, which course to buy or which career to pursue are yours alone.
