This Refund Policy governs the refund terms for digital products purchased through www.piyushai.com or www.piyushwairale.com, operated by PIYUSHAI Edtech OPC Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Non-Tangible Digital Products

All of our products are non-tangible and digitally delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses (live and recorded)
  • Test series
  • Digital PDFs or materials
  • Certification prep modules
  • Workshops and bootcamp access
  • AI Tools/ Services

By purchasing a product or service from us, you acknowledge and agree that all such digital goods are non-refundable except in cases expressly outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a limited refund in the following circumstances:

  • A refund request is made within 2 calendar days of the purchase date
  • The user has not accessed more than 10% of the course/module/test series/services
  • The user provides a valid reason for refund, such as technical issues that prevent usage
  • The course or product was purchased at full price (non-discounted)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after access
  • Downloaded or substantially used content
  • Discounted or promotional price purchases
  • Requests made after 48 hours from purchase

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@piyushai.com with your order ID, full name, and reason for refund
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days
  • If approved, access to the course/product will be revoked immediately
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of:

  • Abuse of refund policy
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct
  • Fraudulent or suspicious account activity
