This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how products and services purchased from PiyushAI Edtech OPC Private Limited (“PiyushAI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through piyushai.com and our associated platforms are delivered. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products Only
All products sold by PiyushAI are digital. This includes online courses, video lectures, recorded and live classes, test series and mock tests, PDF notes, workbooks, question banks, AI-powered learning tools, certificates and workshop or event registrations. We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping, courier or handling charges apply to any order.
2. How Delivery Works

3. Access Requirements
- You must register with a valid email address and mobile number. Access is linked to the account used at the time of purchase.
- Course content is accessible through a web browser or our mobile application, where available, with an active internet connection.
- Access is for personal use by the purchasing student only and is valid for the duration stated on the product page (for example, “valid till GATE 2027”).
- Downloading, screen-recording, sharing or reselling content is prohibited and may lead to account termination without refund, as per our Terms and Conditions.
4. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If your payment has succeeded but you have not received access within 24 hours, please check the spam folder of your registered email first, then write to support@piyushai.com with your name, registered email, transaction ID, date and amount. We will enable access or resend the delivery details within one working day. If a payment was deducted but the order was not created, the amount is normally reversed by the payment gateway within 5 to 7 working days; if not, we will help you raise it with the gateway.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep our platforms available at all times, but access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. Any such interruption does not amount to non-delivery. Where a scheduled live session is cancelled by us, a recording or a rescheduled session will be provided.
6. International Customers
Digital products can be purchased from outside India subject to payment gateway support. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and any currency conversion charges are borne by the customer. Delivery is identical to that for Indian customers.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
